Overview

The KRONE – 6HV – 6NV vacuum filler with a total of twelve filling stations for still products, such as oil or vinegar, was manufactured by the German manufacturer Alwid in 2006. The line also has a station for applying self-adhesive labels. Previously, the line was only used in single shift at an oil mill in Germany for filling small quantities. Now that production volumes have increased, filling on a larger line is worthwhile, so this machine is no longer needed. The machine is a monoblock machine with six high vacuum filling stations, six low vacuum filling stations, a screw capper, a shrink capsule applicator and downstream self-adhesive labeling. High viscosity liquids such as oil or low viscosity liquids such as wine or vinegar can be filled.
